At Choc’d Full, we take every measure to ensure your treats arrive in the best possible condition. Chocolate is sensitive to temperature and handling, which can make it challenging to ship, especially during warmer periods. That’s why we now offer two delivery options:
Premium Shipping (Recommended)
Our recommended option for all orders. Premium Shipping includes protective packaging and priority handling to minimise the risk of damage or spoilage during transit. We strongly suggest selecting this option.
Economy Shipping
A more affordable delivery option, however, please note that Economy Shipping is not protected or guaranteed from damage or spoilage during transit. This option does not include additional insulation or handling safeguards, and is used at the customer’s discretion.
Additional Information
- Standard delivery time is 3–5 business days within mainland Australia. For an additional fee, we also offer expedited shipping options with shorter delivery times.
- Shipping times may vary depending on factors such as product availability and seasonal demand. We are not responsible for any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as weather or natural disasters.
- During summer, handling fees may be increased to cover additional packaging required for insulation.
