Refund Policy
At Choc’d Full, we take pride in offering high-quality chocolate products to our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a refund. In order to be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unopened and in its original packaging
- The product must be returned to us within 14 days of the request for a refund
- The customer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning the product to us
Please note that we are unable to offer refunds for any custom orders or for products that have been opened or tampered with.
